Introduction
By engaging Dawnlit Digital for web development or related services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Services
Dawnlit Digital provides custom web development, WhatsApp integration, business automation, and SEO services. The scope of each project is agreed upon before work begins and documented in writing.
Payment
A deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion before final delivery. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final delivered website and its content. Dawnlit Digital retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revisions as agreed at the start. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed separately.
Third-Party Services
The client is responsible for ongoing costs of third-party services such as hosting, domain registration, WhatsApp API subscriptions, and any other external platforms used in their project.
Support
Post-launch bug fixes are provided for 30 days at no additional charge. New features, design changes, or additional development after handover are quoted separately.
Limitation of Liability
Dawnlit Digital is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Arunachal Pradesh.
